First time visiting and I was really impressed! Stopped by on a whim but I'll definitely be making the drive back soon. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about their products and health benefits. Both team members were exceptional today, but special thanks to La' Nae for her amazing customer service and genuine personal conversations. They have WiFi available so I was able to work while enjoying my drink. Looking forward to coming back.

I’m a big fan of Nektar and have visited several spots across the metro over the last few years. I visited this location for the first time yesterday, but noticed the portion size / quality was lacking at this location compared to others. The açaí was more watery, had less fruit and was only about 2/3 the portion I normally receive (I ordered the Açaí Peanut Butter Bowl). The staff was very friendly, so minus that, it was a very pleasant experience.
Update: I have tried this location a handful of times since, and it’s hit or miss. It’s frustrating to go to the Plaza or one of the OP locations and have great customer service and portions and then go to this location and the service is lacking and the portions are stingy. I pay the same price no matter the location, so the portions should be equal. Whomever manages this particular location needs to step it up.
One girl taking orders and making all the food who had no concept of multitasking and no sense of urgency. We waited 42 minutes for our order before someone came out to say they don’t have raspberries and estimated it would be 15 more minutes. She had a handful of tickets and started asking people what went together, had no idea who was first, a bunch if people had left so they didn’t know whether to make the orders. Groups that were together would get one or two items then they gave other people their orders and the group would wait 15 more minutes for their last item. It was pure chaos. We eventually left without our order. So much for a quick snack after a workout.
Anias was great, such amazing customer service from him and the place is super clean.

My wife, daughter and I went to Nekter for the first and only time Saturday afternoon When we arrived the lobby was empty and no employee was at the counter. After about 5ish minutes I went and opened the front door again to let the bells that were on the door ring again. A lady came from the back and said "what do you want". So we gave our order while the lady just stared at us. She then asked for our order again and finally told us the price. She went to make our drinks and when she brought them to us, she set them on the counter and walked away as if we were a inconvenience to her and this establishment. We didn't receive a hello, a sorry for your wait, good afternoon, or even a thank you.
Won't be back and won't recommend.
This location is quite literally always closed anytime I try to go in. If you attempt to go anytime around 8 when they’re supposedly “open “ the doors are locked and no one is in there! Maybe change your hours if you’re unable to open at the times stated on your door.
