Terrible customer service. Went there with friends and we had to wait for 15 minutes to even be greeted by an amployee. They have a bad habit of getting orders wrong and doing nothing to correct it/redeem for it even when the customer points out the mistake to them. Their protein bowls are good, it’s the customer service that sucks!

PROs: Ok location. The cashier was kind. Dragon Fruit bowl was good and was presented nicely but I was unable to finish it.
CONs: Parking is tight and next to Chik-fil-a. Unwelcoming vibe as there was only 1 table with 4 chairs, unclean. Pineapple & strawberries was bitter.
Unlike other Nekter establishments I visited, this place was not clean. And I was the only customer, there's no excuse why this place is not clean. The window to the prep area was small and unable to see how or who was making my order of Dragon Fruit bowl.
Both times I have tried this place, I have placed online orders, and still waited over 10 mins to even be greeted by an employee from the back. Both times the staff was not friendly. The bowls are decent however I won’t be going back because the service and wait times are terrible, even when ordering ahead.
I have been here 3 times. 2 of the times I had the same person who was terrible! I quickly wanted to know which of the bowls didn’t have bananas as I am allergic so asked her. She proceeded to give me 2 different options that both had bananas. She is rude with absolutely no customer service skills and when I said “those look like they have bananas” she said “oh”. The food itself was even better when she wasn’t there. The quality place truly depends on who is working.
Favorite place to get a healthy meal. A great selection of ready-made juices or build your own smoothie bowls that I would never be able to make myself. The healthy yet tasty choices make this place all worth visiting. I like the option to grab and go. The Staff has always been knowledgeable and helpful when I visit. Keep up the good work!
First time here and the dragon fruit bowl is so delicious and the presentation was amazing! Very Instagramable worthy! The price is worth what you get because you get a lot! Felt bad for the blonde girl because it’s Memorial Day and she’s working all by herself and she’s doing amazing! We made sure to tip her! Very calming and pretty inside!
I stopped by Nékter Juice Bar while visiting for the weekend and was glad I did! I needed something clean and fresh after a lot of BBQ. The staff was freindly and welcoming, and even had great recommendations! I ordered the Acai Banana Bowl which was a 10/10 and will def be getting again back in my town!

Makenzie, Gwen, Avery, and Campbell consistently greet me with a smile and deliver the best service. Each time, I try different items from their menu, and I am consistently impressed by the freshness and quality of the juices, smoothie bowls, and smoothies. They are packed with flavor and made from health-conscious ingredients that align with my lifestyle.
I’m genuinely thrilled to have such a nutritious option available near Zona Rosa. It’s a great addition to our community, and I wholeheartedly recommend that others check it out as well. Additionally, patience goes a long way, especially when ordering freshly made-to-order items! I am amazed to see reviews with complaints when the items are all prepared fresh and not pre-packaged.
Acai bowls here are not made with real berries, so unfortunately they do not compare with those that are. However the young lady who waited on me was very friendly and professional. The atmosphere here is inviting enough, but a little sterile.
