Great açaí bowls, but get new lids!!! They sliced me on 2 of my fingers trying to pry this open on the edge because it was stuck on there.

I really love this brand, the menu is fantastic, and I appreciate the focus on nutritious options. The only thing I’d suggest improving is the checkout experience for online orders. Having the tip field auto-filled feels a bit off. Since it’s not a delivery or dine in, it might be better to leave that blank by default rather than requiring customers to manually select “custom” and enter 0. I completely understand the financial side of things, but this setup can come across pushy. At least I feel that way. That said, I’ll definitely keep coming back, the protein bowls speak for itself!
