I tried your place last week, before this time and it was a door dash. I’m afraid I’ll never do that again. The food was not safety sealed with a sticker or anything. The bag was just wide open. I did not feel safe eating the food and it was almost $30! Please secure the items with at east stickers and/or a staple in the bag.
This purchase was safe because my friend picked it up to me. The waffles looked ridiculous, I guess the whip cream melted, and there was only one strawberry and three blueberries on the waffles….nothing like the picture at all…the smoothies were great!

This is not only delicious, filling, and healthy, but the staff is also great, there are fun tabletop games to play, and a spot for the kiddos to enjoy drawing or relaxing as well. Love this place! Also seriously delicious is an understatement. (And super customizable) I didn't take a photo because I ate it too fast. But I have had the waffles, the smoothies, the scoopables, it is all amazing - every single time.

Had this place a couple times, smoothies are good. But I'm having a major problem. It is 7:30am, I just finished my workout, nektar app says the place is open, google hours say the place is open, the front door says "open at 7am" but said front door is locked and the lights are off. So I guess don't rely on this place for a post workout breakfast smoothie

I am pleased to see the changes made concerning my last feedback. The smoothies, bowls, and shots are consistent with the look and taste for the afternoon/closing shift compared to the morning shift. Thank you for your hard work and keeping the quality consistent. I will definitely continue to be a customer.

Have been loyal customer at Valporaiso location. I believe your products to be superior over the others competitors.
A big problem I have is consistency. When I purchase smoothies, bowls and shots earlier in the day (9am - 1pm) everything is
perfect, meaning blended completely smooth and looks picture perfect, clean and neatly presented. When I order in the later hours after 2pm through closing time, everything looks and taste different because there are bits, chunks and whole fruits that have not been thoroughly blended. The shots are a different hue and flavor and the cups are messy on outside. I assume there is a different crew in later afternoon. Hopefully the product quality (look, taste, consistency) will improve.
