I usually am extremely satisfied. I’ve been there twice in the past week and ordered 3 smoothies. Each time 1 of them did not taste right. It was bland. I even ordered extra ingredients. Your staff is always helpful and friendly. I’m not sure what happened when they were made but it definitely was not right. I always order berry banana burst with extra strawberries. It’s has been disappointing. It’s a bit frustrating because each drink is $11.

I wish you had some where that you could write about how much to put in your bowl I wanted more peanut butter on mine there wasn’t a lot at all also it was more smoothie than all the toppings on both of them

The quality was fair. The fruit was fresh. The bowl was tasty. But the owner doesn’t tip his employees, which is unfortunate and has greatly effected my review. Definitely won’t be tipping at this location.

This was first time ordering from Nekter. My wife and I recently got a bowl at Ragbrai in Iowa. We both loved it so much we looked for something similar in the area. One thing different between Nekter and the one we had in Iowa is that one had more toppings and less sorbet.

It has been okay. Today, my order was not correct. I paid extra for cacao nibs and did not receive them. The extra items are frequently missed. The girls today were very friendly..that is a nice change.

If you haven't you should try. Kids ate this like never before. Our first time here. The staff was extremely knowledgeable of their menu as to what they could offer. kids loved their bowls of fruit. Well, mixed combinations. We will be returning.

Over priced. I also heard the owner steals the tips from the tip jar/tipping system on the computer and doesn't share them with the people who actually deserve it. What kind of person takes the tips earned from their employees? People tip for those who serve them, not line the pockets of a greedy owner.

Thanks Peter for your review and feedback. During covid when we opened it was hard to obtain employees. The team had agreed and we gave them a pay increase and incorporate the tips in the house account. We have addressed this issue already and have incorporated the tips in their paychecks moving forward. Thanks for your concern.

This owner sadly has ruined this spot that could have been a great success... However, the owner has been taking advantage of its young employees. It recently got out that the tips people have been leaving have NOT been given to employees, and instead being taken by the owner. They have lost my business as long as my family's
