In early January I ordered a protein power bowl as it was recommended on a bulletin board. Although I’m sure it was probably tasty I refused to eat it. This was because the person who prepared it for me had left a hair in the bowl. When I brought this up to them, they proceeded to remove the hair and say, “there you go”. I responded by saying that this is not acceptable. I asked for a refund or for them to remake my food and they said that I was overreacting. I will not accept this. I don’t know if it is a problem with this store or just the employee. The employee in question was an Indian woman around 5’3 dark brown to black hair.

Once again I ordered extra berries on top and didn’t get it! Also seem to be skimping on toppings now for some reason! You started out good but for the price I will probably start going somewhere else
