I hate that every time i go to nektar I have to expect that my food has an 80% chance of being wrong somehow. It's always something. Usually missing something but sometimes I get extra fruit that I can't eat bc of a medical diet. This time I ordered a build your own parfait and I paid an extra dollar for extra apple and didn't receive it. I hardly get exactly what I order.

Experience was fine. Everything I ordered was correct and delicious. The issue was the portion size. I understood that the waffles I ordered would be on the small side. What I didn't appreciate was that both waffles together equaled the size of my phone. For 5 dollars, you could make them a little bit bigger.
