Got the Raspberry Riot smoothie and it was amazing! Really refreshing and not heavy. Fun little place with tons of good-looking smoothies and bowls.

I've been going to this location for almost 2 years now. I go about 3-4x a week, to the point where the employees/manager know me on a first name basis. Majority of them are AMAZING, and it's always nice having small talk. However, the bowls and smoothies are extremely inconsistent in portion sizes AND thickness/watery. It literally has the same consistency as the juices. I usually don't say anything, because I don't want to ruffle any feathers. However, today I spoke up about a bowl that I always get, being VERY EMPTY and juice like texture. When I politely asked if there was a standard measurement, or if they could possibly remake it, the girl (which I'm assuming is newer) was very rude. You could tell she was upset about doing her job. She was working the day shift, glasses and tattoos (1pm on 3/30). Mind you, the bowl is about $16, which is fine, but with that price I expect consistency. It has gotten so bad that I try to only go in when specific staff members are present. It's unfortunate because mostly everyone is great, but it only takes a few bad apples to ruin the bunch. Every location , except Maricopa is consistently great. Based on other reviews, I see that the consistency in portions and taste has been experienced by many.

If i can give nekter 0 i would the workers here are Horrible, make bowls way below the portions all Full with granola! Very disappointed we get bowls all the time n today was horrible.

Never been let down by the quality or consistency of my orders. The app gave me some trouble - wouldn't process my payment. Did the same thing 3 times and it worked on attempt three. Other than that, adding almond butter to any bowl or smoothie takes it up several notches.

First time being there very clean, beautiful decor, amazing customer service, amazing vibes! my protein bowl was to die for!! Amazing place!!

The bowls are amazing. No staff present when we picked up so we just grabbed spoons and napkins.

I recently visited Nekter Juice Bar for the very first time, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. As a first-time customer, I was looking forward to trying something new. I explained to the cashier that I had never been there before, and after discussing the menu, I decided on a chocolate peanut butter shake for myself and a dragon fruit bowl with no agave for my daughter. To my disappointment, only the bowl was prepared—and it still had agave, despite my request to leave it out. When I pointed this out, the cashier insisted I had never ordered the shake, even though our entire interaction was clearly discussed at the counter and would be visible on their cameras. What made the situation even worse was the behavior of the employee. While I was waiting, he openly joked and bragged about taking (stealing) “extra” portions of unused product, smiling as if it were acceptable. I found this particularly disturbing considering there’s a poster board in the store showing photos of people who are banned for theft—yet his picture wasn’t on it. The hypocrisy was astonishing. The lack of professionalism, carelessness with orders, and dismissive attitude left me with a very poor impression of this location. As someone trying a place for the first time, customer service is everything, and this experience convinced me not to return. I had high expectations for Nekter Juice Bar, but sadly, the service was absolutely unacceptable and ruined the visit.

The app was confusing to us at first with redeeming the $8 bowl. Was trying to create my own and realized it had to be a set bowl

I love the bowls the most. Ordering ahead makes all the difference.

one strawberry cut up in my açaí bowl is scandalous. so much money for a bowl for them to skimp on the toppings..

Acai bowls are delicious and healthy.

This is the third time I’ve ordered from this franchise location and received less than half of the bowl full. Please fix your portion control. I don’t have this issue with any other Nekter location.

I absolutely ADORE this place. Everything is made with healthy ingredients and tastes magnificent. It's a little pricey at face value but with the amount of food you get and the quality of it, it's 110% worth it. The bowls also keep well in the freezer, I can make one last for three days worth of breakfast! The employees are also super friendly and understanding, they offer explanations on what different unfamiliar ingredients are and they get your food/drinks out super quick! The restaurant itself is very clean and has a nice energy (plus a beautiful wall decoration). Only complaint is that the chairs aren't very size inclusive, my parents and I went out to eat there, but we had to go home because the chairs were too uncomfortable for them.

The food is good but sometimes they whimp out on toppings or the skimp out on how much the put on the bowl.

One of my favorite breakfast spots (the protein power bowl is amazing). My family also loves coming here! It does get busy but order ahead and it is never longer than a 5 min wait in my experience.
