I revisited this location and had a wonderful experience. Customer service was great and they have the best smoothies in the valley!

As a loyal customer I try to go to whatever location im near as was the case well I accidentally order at a wrong location which clearly is my mistake but when called location to refund my order due to me unable to pick up my smoothies because im no where near that area I was denied my refund and was told the would not do that because and I quote "we would lose money by doing so" ..

The Laveen location has NEVER done me wrong and its my favorite location to grab my bowl and smoothie.

Order was placed online but not ready at pickup. Smoothies were liquid not the regular consistency. I’m not sure if it was just because of a busy spurt in customers. I visit this location every weekend me or my husband but the last couple weeks the taste has been a hit or miss. I’m not asking for anything I just want to enjoy my smoothies as I’ve done for almost a year.
