Ordering on the app was a breeze. Although I like the previous version of the app Better. It looks like there was a little bit more thought and options put into the new version, but I feel like some areas were a little overkill. My order was done earlier, so I was able to get my stuff quicker and the guy. There was very kind and polite when I picked up my order.

My first time here and Kevin H was very helpful and polite. Everything nice and clean, I was in and out in minutes. I got the Berry shortcake waffles with protein and a toxin flush, I really loved it. Also got a BYO parfit, havent tried yet, but looks yummy. Thankss!!

Food is always delicious. Employees are kind. The location on 51st and baseline takes away topping amounts when you don’t tip, but add extra when you do tip. Specifically when doing an app order.

It’s never a bad moment with Nekter. The employees are always kind and has orders done on time which is perfect when you’re in a hurry to go to work. I normally order the Green juices for a good flush/detox especially when I have allergic reactions/breakouts I go straight to Nekter when I don’t have my herbs handy to flush my system. And I used my points so I got two drinks for the price of one! For reference I order at the Laveen Village location.

As a loyal customer I try to go to whatever location im near as was the case well I accidentally order at a wrong location which clearly is my mistake but when called location to refund my order due to me unable to pick up my smoothies because im no where near that area I was denied my refund and was told the would not do that because and I quote "we would lose money by doing so" ..
