Everything was quick and efficient, allowing me to enjoy my order without any long waits "I did order online" My order was incredibly tasty, exceeding my expectations as a first-time visitor. The Buzz, is amazing!
I get it with NO ice, add guava & mango & extra green apple for sweetness. Sooo good!!

We have ordered here several times in the past. This experience was less than perfect. When I arrived the person had difficulty finding the order and had to ask me three times for the name. He stated it was being prepared after the third time asking me. Then about 5 minutes later, another worker came to the front and asked me the name again a couple of times, seemed to search around in the fridge and bags, then haded me a large drink, when we ordered a regular. I asked him if he was sure this was our drink and he stated yes. I was not sure, but did not want to argue. Thank you for the opportunity to comment on our experience. This is also one of the few times we order in the evening, not the morning.

Overall the drinks tasted great customer service was ok. The guy who was working in the back was very nice but the guy who was working the register didn’t have the best attitude he might have been having a bad day. I’d still go back and try Nektar again.
