The service was great and the juice was delicious but I think that’s where my issue was. I think the employee was more focused on the flavor than giving me what I asked for. Normally when I order my version of the recovery juice it taste disgusting but works well. This time it was delicious but did nothing for me.

I’m a repeat customer here at Nekter Juice in Laveen and today 06/30/23 at 11:51AM I received the worse service from one of the employees who made my bowl. I raised a concern about my bowl not being properly proportioned as you can see in the picture and she made no attempt to remedy the concern I bought to her attention but instead rudely deflected and stated it’s because I didn’t order granola as a topping.
This is the type of customer service that would motivate me to begin patronizing one of the competitor smoothies franchises in the area.

At Nekter customers have the option to customize items, your order was a custom order with no granola layer, making the bowl less full. We value our customers and would like to have the opportunity to make it up to you, next time you visit us please ask to speak with a supervisor.
I definitely enjoy your juices ! I get them every chance I can . It’s nice that we are able to build points so we are able to treat ourselves. I also enjoy the bowls , when I’m fasting or trying to lose weight . You guys definitely help me succeed that !

The owner of the store on 51st Ave & Baseline is very friendly and has great customer service. The location is clean and convenient. I placed my order online with a requested pick up time. They were just a few minutes later than my arrival time. I will definitely be back. I'd drink the variety pack juice cleanse every day if I could afford it!

Not my style. I was hoping it would be like Jamba Juice, but it tasted nothing like that. I didn't like the flavor of the Berry Banana smoothie I had, and I've had similar ones at Jamba that I really liked. I'm just not the target customer here I think; Nekter seems like maybe it's trying to be healthier or something, with less sugar and less focus on flavor.

I love it. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I really love the options and the banana berry acai bowl I get it made with orange juice instead of cashew milk and I add agave on top

Great spot for some juice or smoothies! My toddler and I stopped in this morning for smoothies. I ordered the strawberry banana protein smoothie and I got the berry smoothie for my daughter. My smoothie was the tastiest out of the two. They offer pea protein or whey protein for their smoothies (I opted for pea protein).
Great service and very cute sitting area. We will be back!
