I’m a repeat customer here at Nekter Juice in Laveen and today 06/30/23 at 11:51AM I received the worse service from one of the employees who made my bowl. I raised a concern about my bowl not being properly proportioned as you can see in the picture and she made no attempt to remedy the concern I bought to her attention but instead rudely deflected and stated it’s because I didn’t order granola as a topping.
This is the type of customer service that would motivate me to begin patronizing one of the competitor smoothies franchises in the area.

At Nekter customers have the option to customize items, your order was a custom order with no granola layer, making the bowl less full. We value our customers and would like to have the opportunity to make it up to you, next time you visit us please ask to speak with a supervisor.
The bowls are good. They are just pricier with not many coupon options/sales.

I definitely enjoy your juices ! I get them every chance I can . It’s nice that we are able to build points so we are able to treat ourselves. I also enjoy the bowls , when I’m fasting or trying to lose weight . You guys definitely help me succeed that !

It’s my first time trying it. I’m trying to eat healthier. It was delicious. I order online so can’t speak much to the ordering experience in store. The bowl was good and I can see myself returning and making Nektar a part of my health journey.

I love it. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I really love the options and the banana berry acai bowl I get it made with orange juice instead of cashew milk and I add agave on top

I’ve been hooked on these açaí bowls since the first time I tried one several years ago. I haven’t had one in several years and was excited to see Nektar had opened nearby. The açaí bowl I received at this location had a nice presentation and tasted exactly like I remember. Sadly, I won’t be back anytime soon just because of the high cost of everything these days. Hopefully I can treat myself to one here and there though 😺.

While I really enjoy their immunity bowl with the chia pudding and they have great hours, their calories show they're not as healthy 😅 and they are pricey, I prefer the It's Juicy across the street😋

Dear Tricia, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. While our bowls are on the higher caloric intake we do offer juices that are as low as 90 calories. Nekter products are made with fresh fruits and vegetables, we don't add any additional powders or sugars. If you have any questions about modifying any items to meet dietary restrictions please let us know and we would be happy to help out.
Love the smoothie and acai bowl options. Always tastes great and is fast service. Also love how they let me know to download the app to get points for rewards. I didn't have the app and had been missing out.
