Nekter Juice Bar - Avondale

Horrible customer service by the supervisor on shift this morning. There are too many other great juice bars to go to in the area where you get service with a smile and an apology if a mistake is made. If you want an argument or snarky demeaner from employees if you question your order...this is your place!

I am so sad about this review, but feel like i have to say something. We place an order every week at the Nekter Bar in Avondale. They claim to work with food sensitivities. When we placed our weekly order this morning, I called to confirm they understood that i could not have blueberries in my smoothie. The manager confirmed the order and that it was easy to omit the blueberries. Well it came with blueberries. My coworker took the smoothie back for me and asked to have it remade properly.. the manager was so rude and disrespectful. And wanted to argue with her that she was wrong and the order was her fault! There was no customer service.. no helping the customer.. and it was just omitting blueberries.. I will not return to the Avondale Nekter Bar after the way the manager treated my coworker for going and getting me a replacement smoothie!

When we go out to different places, my sister and I usually have to exercise caution when ordering due to severe allergies that have at times been ignored by the service. Here, though, the staff was very understanding and helped suggest safe and delicious substitutions. They also assured us that they take measures in the kitchen in order to avoid cross-contamination. I would be very happy to come back.

This is the best smoothie/juice bar I’ve been to. It’s very difficult to find places to accommodate my severe nut allergy, but they took it very seriously and made an amazing elderberry smoothie. The staff are friendly/make great conversation plus the store is very clean. I felt welcome and I’ll be going back here often :)

I so desperately wish the nation had these. Such a wonderful and healthy breakfast that's absolutely adorable.

Slowest service I experienced through Uber eats took over a hour and a half for my order to be done. Not delivered but just done

My husband and I love coming here ! We come just about everyday and now we are regular. The fruit is always fresh and that staff is so nice. We love the manager she’s very welcoming and provides great customer service !

Heard about a new juicing place opening up in Avondale and was so excited to try it out. Overall all experience was great! Amazing customer service!! the ladies in the front were the sweetest and had great suggestions. the bowls looked and tasted great. Loved everything about it definitely going back!!

I enjoy coming into Nekter Avondale a few times a week. They have pretty bowls and are tasty as well. I enjoy their opinions on what to get sometimes because I have no idea what I'm in the mood for. They have good customer service and all around are good vibes.

Tasty açaí bowls but terrible customer service, I came in and cashier just stared at me didn’t ask to take my order or nothing just a blank stare.

Customer service is not good at all I showed up for a pick up order only one thing was ready they didn’t know there was more to the order so I started grabbing my grab and gos that also went with my order and she thought I was trying to pull a fast one on her when I was just trying to complete my own order. Then they made me the wrong bowl and told me it was the right one then they realized it was the wrong one. I understand being new you’re going to make mistakes but to assume I was trying to steal is not the way to handle the situation simply double checking my order as I waited for the rest of my order would’ve sufficed. Giving it 2 stars because they are new so it’s understandable just hope they learn fast about customer service before they become one of the only Nekters in the state with 2 star rating (UPDATE) went to buy 4 vanilla spice drinks on the 22nd was drinking one today and it tasted funny and I just realized they expired on the 21st. WILL NOT BE RETURNING UNTIL ITS UNDER BETTER MANAGEMENT. 0 stars

I love everything that I have had from this store. Not only is everything delicious, but it is beautifully presented. The food looks and tastes delicious. The customer service is top notch as is the cleanliness of the store. I will keep going back!
