What a waste of a breakfast. Pulled up and there was only one person waiting. Placed my order. Turn waited and waiting. I probably could have ordered something at Denny's and and had finished by the time by order was ready. One person was not sufficient for all the orders. I didn't know I would be placed behind dozens of online orders. Then the parfait. 95% chia pudding and 5% toppings. Didn't need $9 worth of chia pudding that they couldnt even add protein to when I asked. Never going back.

Nice comfortable place, but I believe that the quality of the bowls have gone down. I haven’t been there in over a year and I used to love it. But today I received a bowl that was pretty watery with very little crunch. Flavorless And I’m just shocked that I wasted $16. I hope that this is a one time thing, but it doesn’t appear that way. Also, I gave three stars for service because the girls in the front didn’t really acknowledge me even though they saw me and I stood there for over five minutes with knowing asking if I was picking up or what I needed to order or just letting me know that they would be right with me.
I really love the taste and quality of everything I get. It can get pricy, but I still appreciate the loyalty points and friendly service that is provided. I'd still consider myself a regular.

Last bowl I got didn't seem to have the freshest fruit. The bananas and strawberries tasted overly ripe. The acai mix also didn't taste the same as other times.
