Great experience! My pickup order was ready when I got there and staff was lovely! The healthnut smoothie was delightful.

They are always so helpful and willing to accommodate anything in there power. They always fix my bowl or smoothie perfectly and if not they fix it with no issue. I’m here a few times a week. I LOVE NEKTER.

Great smoothie and easy online ordering and pickup

Unfortunately, it was not great. We have been to dozens of stores like yours. We have our favorites where we live and stopped at many when traveling. We ordered ahead. We got there and people that arrived after us and ordered at that time, got their items first. The açaí bowl base was a liquid, more like a smoothie than a bowl and the smoothies were more like milk drinks then smoothies. The kids that were working were very nice, apologized about the wait and gave us coupons.

I love Nektar but when I purchased a 24 oz I would expect to receive what I paid for. I received a 16oz and it was the worst made orange smoothie I had so far. I was so tired and did not even feel like dealing with the workers but I definitely wasted my gift card purchase today.

Everything was great. I am not crazy about the smoothies and juices but love the açaí bowls but they are too expensive to have all the time. Hopefully the company will offer discounts in items I enjoy.
