I love your products. But it’s very hard to navigate the site now that it chabged. The employee in the store could not help figure it out either. I had to set up and online order in order to redeem my points which was a bit frustrating cause I use to be able to pull up my points and show a bar code in the store to redeem . If there is an easier way please let me know. I’d rather not have to always go an online order Thank you

Order was ready on arrival, quality was pretty good. Not sure if it was the owner or just an employee but he watched me intensely the whole time I was in the store. Literally just getting my straw and napkins, I blew it off but it was odd.
