Everything is always wonderful. The Banana Berry Açaí Bowl is my absolute favorite! The staff at the Kenwood location are always very friendly, and the ingredients are always fresh and delicious. Can’t go wrong with this place! I get it at least twice a week.

I love Nektar juice bar! Delicious and healthy drinks! My experience this time was not as great as usual. I ordered the peanut butter mocha ahead of time for pick up. When I got there, it was not ready, and when it came out, it was very liquidy and not really cold. I think they must have forgotten to put ice and blend it. Bummer!

The bowl looked and tasted great. I was glad to see the bowl was full - quality standards were in check.
My previous bowl was barely 2/3 full . I was very close to saying something but never want to be one of those people. If it happened again I would simply stop coming.
Just make sure each product delivered to the customer is consistent. Inconsistency is the main reason I stop going places.

Unfortunately, it was not great. We have been to dozens of stores like yours. We have our favorites where we live and stopped at many when traveling.
We ordered ahead. We got there and people that arrived after us and ordered at that time, got their items first.
The açaí bowl base was a liquid, more like a smoothie than a bowl and the smoothies were more like milk drinks then smoothies.
The kids that were working were very nice, apologized about the wait and gave us coupons.

I absolutely love Nekter, the staff is so patient and I believe I had met the owner and she is absolutely wonderful and so fun. I highly recommend this place to anyone as the experience is good and the food is tasteful
