Great experience. Good juices. Order was ready for pick up quickly. Only issue I encounter, was not receiving points for my purchase.

I normally go to the Oakley location which I love! I tried the Kenwood location a few times. Each time, my ginger shot has had a pink color to it and when I asked why the worker said because of beets or other items they make. This leads me to believe the juicers aren’t being cleaned or something because I have NEVER experienced this at the Oakley location and I visit quite frequently. Just a note to make someone aware.

I recently discovered this amazing juice and smoothie spot, and it's become my new go-to for healthy refreshments! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. I can't get enough of their delicious and nutritious offerings. It's definitely a must-visit for anyone looking for a fantastic juice and smoothie bar!

I’m a frequent customer because Nekter is amazing! They have great bowls and juices. I always feel healthier after eating/drinking their products. Only one confusing point: they have a saying “skip the line and order online.” Well yesterday I ordered ahead online, but when I got there they were busy with in-person orders. I was the very last person served despite having ordered before everyone. I received my order 20 minutes after the original estimated time. I asked the worker and she said they prioritize in person orders. So if they’re busy, I guess it’s faster to order in person? Otherwise great place and great staff.

Thank you for your feedback. I have spoken to my team to clarify that they do not put the online orders to the back of the ticket line! I think there was confusion surrounding that. I love Nektar juice bar! Delicious and healthy drinks! My experience this time was not as great as usual. I ordered the peanut butter mocha ahead of time for pick up. When I got there, it was not ready, and when it came out, it was very liquidy and not really cold. I think they must have forgotten to put ice and blend it. Bummer!

Everything was great. I am not crazy about the smoothies and juices but love the açaí bowls but they are too expensive to have all the time. Hopefully the company will offer discounts in items I enjoy.
