My most recent visit was the least favorable since I've been coming. I was picking up an online order and the staff person just handed me the acai bowl and didn't offer to put my bowl in a bag or offer a spoon or napkins.
I also noticed that the portion size was about 1/4 - 1/3 less than normal, had maybe 1/2 of a strawberry, no pineapple and substituted a bit of diced apple.
Generally, a disappointing visit but probably the exception, not standard.

I love your açaí bowls although today I indicated I wanted mango and I didn’t see any in my bowl.

Most recently not greatest bowl they didn’t sub acia as I requested. But that’s not my typical experience at this location. They are normally on point.

Love the close proximity and ease of order. Quick and very personable. Appreciate the frequent promotions. We would order much more frequently if there were more reliable organic fruit bowls.

I really enjoyed the Immunity boost bowl, but I think the fruit was missing. It was my first time ordering it and I was in a hurry to get it and go.

I’m a frequent customer because Nekter is amazing! They have great bowls and juices. I always feel healthier after eating/drinking their products. Only one confusing point: they have a saying “skip the line and order online.” Well yesterday I ordered ahead online, but when I got there they were busy with in-person orders. I was the very last person served despite having ordered before everyone. I received my order 20 minutes after the original estimated time. I asked the worker and she said they prioritize in person orders. So if they’re busy, I guess it’s faster to order in person? Otherwise great place and great staff.

Thank you for your feedback. I have spoken to my team to clarify that they do not put the online orders to the back of the ticket line! I think there was confusion surrounding that. They are always so helpful and willing to accommodate anything in there power. They always fix my bowl or smoothie perfectly and if not they fix it with no issue. I’m here a few times a week. I LOVE NEKTER.

I usually get the acai bowls, but tried a smoothie and it was delicious!

My mobile order did not go through and so it was not prepared when I got there. This is fine but I have not had issues in the past so very surprising. The ended up making my bowl, but it got me to my destination later then expected so it was hard to enjoy.
