It was our first time ordering bowls from Nektar. Our bowls were not labeled when we got them. We did not know what bowl was what. The bowls were not filled to the top. Lastly, the employee did not pack up the 5 bowls in a carrier or provide spoons and a bag.

Was told that drink wasn’t ready when I arrived. Waited about 10 minutes before employees realized it had been in the fridge the entire entire. Employee wasn’t very apologetic or friendly.
