Nekter Juice Bar - Surprise

Every time I've ordered from the Nékter Civic Plaza location my experience has been tasty, positive, timely and welcoming. It's my favorite location in Surprise. ;) Thank you! Keep up the great service all-around!

I have eaten at various Nekter locations for several years. Was very excited when you opened in Surprise. Unfortunately my experience's with your store have not been great. My wife and ordered bowls last week and both were barely half full. Nothing like every other bowl we had purchased from other locations. We took notice, but figured this was not the norm. I ordered for both of us again today. We both had Peanut butter bowls. My wife's was nice and full like we are accustomed to. Mine was half full. There was a huge difference between the two. We will continue to eat at Nekter, but unfortunately it will not be at your store.

There is never an issue or concern when I arrive to order or order online.

I did a pick up order. It was ready when it said it would be, but the smoothie wasn’t the best for the drive I did. It tasted a bit watered down.

I have loved everything about Nektar until today. I ordered for pickup at 7:15. The bowls we received were 1/2 the size as normal and the strawberry was not cut on either one. I spend over 22 dollars for something not where it has been in the past.

This particular store have employees that seem to resent customers.
