I always order it ahead of time and I’m almost always having to wait for my drink. One time they gave me the wrong drink and I didn’t realize until my lunch when I couldn’t even go back to get the right one because it was too late. Staff always appears to be in a mood, but the drinks are good so I’ll just keep ordering ahead of time.

It was fine, but I ordered a drink with peanut butter in it and you ran out of it. The guy said you ran out of the peanut butter two put on the side of the cup but he out some inside the drink and tht didn't make since. I just took the drink as is.

Your Acai bowls (which is what I get) are always very consistent in quality, ingredients, everything. The taste, the texture, the presentation, everything is always exactly as expected. I'm addicted!

This is one of my favorite smoothie places. I come by at least once a week. It does get very busy at times. I feel there could be more staff working to support the demand.

We are regular customers. I do recommend some training for the employee who made the protein waffles. She put the box in a bag sideways. The chocolate sauce leaked everywhere and it was a complete mess. I’d think that would be more common sense than training, but it might be useful for that not to happen to other customers. There is chocolate all over my husbands shirt, bummer.

The drinks are always great. However, the stores typically seem understaffed which leads to long wait times. On my most recent visit, I placed a mobile order for two mini smoothies, two waffle bites, and two liver shots. I arrived 15 min after I placed the order for pickup, and proceeded to wait an additional 45 min after I got there. The employee did her best seeing as though she was swamped with customers, but if another worker was available to help it would have drastically changed the experience.

I really enjoy the fresh juices at Nekter. The place is clean, welcoming, and nicely set up. I like that they have little table games at each table, it’s a fun touch and keeps you entertained while enjoying your drink. Their acai bowls are tasty too! I just wish they offered a wider variety of fresh juice options.
The environment is inviting, relaxing and calm. My juice was delicious and ready for pickup when I arrived. Associates were busy, but that didn't prevent them from being attentive.
