I had to park a block away, arrived to pick up online order and they told me they were out of what I ordered. I walked over to case and found the items in the case, the employee told me not to order online .. the whole ease of order ahead was more work than not! Will not do this again.

I ordered online for pick up and then I came 15 minutes later and it wasn’t ready. I then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes. So all in all 35 minutes from when I put in the order. Another customer went up to the counter and said she had been waiting way too long for her smoothie so I know they were taking a long time for every order. We watched the employees cleaning and putting things away and they were not making smoothies while the store had 5 people waiting. I almost just left without the smoothie because I had to get back to work. It’s very frustrating.

It was ok I wish the time promised to pick up was right. I had to wait an extra 15 from the time they said I could pick up!!!

My bowl needed more chia pudding. Bowls need to be better! Too sweet and hardly any fruit on top.
