I usually have a great experience, however this time around was not pleasant. I ordered from the app ahead of time so my order would be ready on my lunch break. When I arrived my order was not ready and still had 5 orders ahead of mine. There were at least 3 other customers waiting for their orders as well. Needless to say I had to ask for a refund ( which she said they couldn't do and wrote down my information on a paper) and go back to work late. Another customer that was waiting had also ordered ahead and she also had to leave the store without her order.

There was mistakes on my order. I ordered the vampire bowl, the pumpkin protein pop, as well as the peanut butter protein pops. I received one order of the chocolate protein pops. How do I get this resolved?

Place looks clean, employees need to be a bit more welcoming, other than that the smoothie I ordered (berry banana burst) was good with no artificial flavors added, you can actually taste the fruits.
