If you haven't stopped in to try a smoothie or a bowl or a juice ... you should! Staff is friendly & helpful & the place is just so simple. Great stop while rushing around!

The last few visits haven't been very good. The bowl and smoothie were watery.

As you can see from the second picture, they advertise natural fresh fruits. However, I was disappointed when I got home and found that my Açaí Mango Bowl had CANNED pineapples and not fresh ones. This was my very first visit and going to be my last time here giving that they are false advertising their fruits which defeats the whole purpose of a natural juice bar!! Makes me question their juices and smoothies since it’s so easy for them to top off an açaí bowl with canned fruits instead of cutting up fresh fruits. Very disappointing in this place!

I love this location! All of the workers are very sweet and friendly, and the smoothies are amazing! I love the chocolate peanut butter smoothie, its my personal favorite!

Great smoothies and bowls after a workout, friendly staff, and very easy to order on mobile.

The smoothies are amazing! The only problem we had with this order, was the large we ordered was not correct and we got a regular size instead. Not a big deal, but it is unfortunate we paid for a large and did not receive that.

This location is under new management and it is much better than ever before. The quality is amazing and it is very easy to customize your items. The store is almost 100% vegan. Also the new employees are wonderful, always have a smile on their faces and are super helpful for new customers. Highly recommend a stop if you enjoy fresh high quality juices and smoothies!

I’ve been going to this NJB for a while, but the customer service here is beyond pathetic. Today, I came to purchase smoothie. I tipped them 18%, but they made a bowl instead. I requested a refund or my smoothie. The two women reacted very rudely by yelling at me. I am a repeated customer and have never been subjected to this kind of behaviour. For the sake of the business, I urge you take an immediate action. $17 for a smoothie and being disrespectful is just not a smart business decision. One of the two women said “I don’t want you to see you again”. After heated argument, they made small size PJ&B smoothie that tasted like garbage, but again refused to give me a change since I ordered medium size? My experience at this shop is just like a mafia style criminality. How can you take my money without giving the product I paid for?

The last 3 times I’ve been there…. Slushy Choco PB smoothie, and the açaí bowl was not filled nor my strawberry banana protein shake ….. shrinkflation! You guys are cutting back on product and charging more and still expect tips:

I came by this morning after my daily morning jog to get a nice refreshing pb health nut the girl making I think her name was Taylor if I’m not mistaken (sorry if it’s wrong ) but she is super nice and friendly loved the smoothie will continue to get my daily dose of happiness at nekter!
