Employees are always friendly and the product is great. I love the option to order ahead online. In-store takes quite a bit longer in my experience, especially if there are others who ordered in-store.

Smoothies and bowls are very good but vary in quality depending on who makes them the I day I come in. Consistency is needed esp with the high cost.
