Ok so I needed my vegetable fix for today and I decided to stop here. They are not so friendly and aura around this one lady was so bad my energy left. I felt like I needed to leave. Her half smile that I knew was fake went away as soon as she attempted to turn around. I came in smiling with great energy. I wish them all well but the nastiness needs to be released.
There were two staff members working and only one customer, yet after blending the drink, she spent time on her phone instead of handing it over promptly.
The açaí bowls and smoothies are great here, but the workers? Extremely rude. I’ve been here a handful of times and the workers seem bothered and short with customers. They’ve been disrespectful every time. Which is a shame because the place is nice. Always feel like I’m interrupting their day. Even grabbing the smoothie I ordered online out of the fridge seemed like the hardest part of her day. God forbid you walk in when two of them are having a conversation.
Smoothly was super liquidy and icy compared to usual.

I’m not sure what’s happening with the staff culture here, but during each of my three visits here, the staff has seemed noticeably low‑energy, unfriendly, unhappy, and disengaged. It creates an atmosphere that feels heavy and unwelcoming. I hope management takes a closer look at hiring, training, and overall morale, because the environment has a lot of potential with the right support and staff. At this point, I’m hesitant to return, but I truly hope things improve.
It was okay. Each time I order online, I’ve felt that the specifics of my order didn’t happen or were an afterthought. Put PB inside and on top— can only really see/taste from on top. Chia pudding add on was on the bottom, so didn’t mix well. Always different and inconsistent. Still tasty, but not really what I expect or hope for. I prepay and pre-tip, but minimal interaction is, well, not particularly friendly-just serviceable.

Ordered a smoothie with a straw and a juice shot. Smoothie was delicious! When I picked it up though, my juice shot wasn't handed to me and the staff seemed very distracted. I wasn't sure if I bought a big or small bottle because it's hard to tell when ordering, so I asked if I should grab it myself, and the staff said yes. I asked which were the shots and still wasn't sure if I got the right one or not. Forgot a straw because I was also supposed to grab that myself, and she was so distracted I felt like I was bothering her so I left without realizing I was missing a straw until I got to the car. Didn't feel like the usual level of service I get there.
