The items I received in my order were incorrect and the time I waited was frankly unacceptable. I placed an order in online to be picked up about a half hour later. When I arrived at the restaurant there was one other customer there waiting for an order. I gave my name and was told that, despite having put in the order almost thirty minutes beforehand, was told that it was not ready. I was then told that they were out of the avocado needed for my order and one of the girls said she needed to walk next store to the Safeway to buy some. It then took her another five to ten minutes to actually leave the building to go get them. The person who was there when I arrived received their order in between the time I got there and the time the associate returned with the avocados. I don’t normally go to this extent to leave a review but to be honest as someone who frequently experiences issues with situations like this it’s frustrating to not only have to wait almost an hour for food that should not take that long, on top of receiving the wrong order. The bases for my orders were incorrect, which would’ve easily been avoided had they been paying attention

Server was extremely rude. I am gluten intolerant and was asking about the powders and she rolled her eyes at me, slammed her hands on the register and walked back to find out. She then said it has gluten. I asked about the other protein option and she rolled her eyes and didn’t even walk back. So I was like oh it’s okay I’ll get it. She then said they both have soy. I said I don’t believe soy is gluten and she gave me the dirtiest look. Overall a very poor experience. Wouldn’t recommend.
I ordered the superfiod açai bowl and it was not only delicious, but exactly what I needed! Neater was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so glad I finally tried it! I have already recommended it to others as well.
