I placed my order online and received it sooner than expected. Well made and good portions, smoothies are always blended well with no chunks and my açaí bowl is presented well and delicious

The first time I ordered, I liked it. The last two times have not been good. Today I ordered the açaí mango bowl with almond butter mixed in. There was pineapple instead of mango on top and the blended portion at the bottom was very bland, like something was missing. Same experience last time with the blended portion of the bowl. Definitely didn’t taste like there was any açaí in it. I also prefer the almond butter squeezed over the top like a syrup, if I order it on top but it was just chunks of almond butter on top (was not mixed in like I requested). I just feel like the quality has been lacking the last two times I’ve been in. Thank you.

Delicious & Super Refreshing! Really enjoy coming here when we get the chance. I tried the Raspberry Bowl that is presented on their online menu, not in store.

Well…I love nekter! And I’ve always loved it. I buy bowls from here all the time and it’s honestly the only one of its kind. The reason for the 3 stars is that the service was horrible the last time I walked in there. I went in and sat down because I could see they were making my bowl as I ordered online. Then one of the staff came out and said “you have to order now because we close in 10 minutes.” Umm what happened to “hi, welcome, how can I help you?” Needless to say, her attitude didn’t get any better from then on either. If the bowls weren’t so delicious this would be a 1 star based on that experience alone.

The staff is always friendly, service is prompt, smoothies and bowls are delicious. Thank you.

Excellent juice smoothie and bowl options

The smoothies and Acai Bowls taste very sweet and good, but also have a good amount of healthy ingredients. The establishment looks very neat and clean, and the staff are very friendly and the service is fast.

Nektar has been my go to during cancer treatment and to help me stay on track if I need a quick health fix for breakfast/lunch. I've gone to various Nektars around the southwest and the Flagstaff bar is ok. They've had supply trouble with their gluten free granola. It seems like eveytime I order their bowls with GF they comment on having issues with supply. I'm not sure if it's just me, but I don't feel welcomed when I arrive or order, almost like I'm a burden coming in? I like that they have an app I can accumulate points with. I prefer the Local Juicery's quality ingredients and customer service, but their $18 bowls break the bank. Sometimes you just need a chain fast food smoothie/juice/bowl on the west side, that's what this place provides. No smile, no welcome, just a pick up online order and eat in your car staw meal.

Typically love this place, but lately the açaí bowls have varied in size and are no longer uniform. Sometimes the bowl is filled to the top, other times there’s a 1/2 inch gap between the top of the food and the lid. Considering the price is always the same, this is a little frustrating.
