We have ordered and every time something is not right. Either substutition or size is wrong. We ordered 24 oz and paid for 24 oz and got 16 oz. on all the smoothies this order today. Can we get a refund of that?

I get a smoothie periodically and they’re usually pretty good. We got three this last time and everyone agreed it tasted off and the texture was really weird and lumpy.

I don’t visit too often anymore, but the last few times I ordered there, (and a few other times in the past) they forgot to add the add ons that I paid for. Usually in the bowls. Specifically the peanut butter on top, and blueberries in the smoothie. Also agave is added when we request no agave.
