Protein smoothies are good. Staff is apathetic. For a company that charges very top dollar ($14-$19 for a smoothie, depending on size, including tip) with a staff that gets a 20% tip for doing next to nothing, it’s a very subpar experience. It’s almost like customers are interrupting their day. I order on the app just to avoid the subpar interaction. That said, I frequent businesses that appreciate my business, so I don’t go to Nekter too often.

Today’s order was exceptional. I truly wish the pineapple bowl and smoothies were not going away.

I was at this location twice - once on Friday 25th. It was a lengthy wait for the avocado waffles because your store did not have fresh avocados and the employee had to go to the store to purchase them. I would have ordered something else if I had been notified of the issue. Your employee did apologize for the wait when I finally received the order but again it was quite a wait. I was at this location again on Sunday 27th. I ordered online and the item was ready for easy and quick pickup. My only recommendation would be the prices are just very high for the items. I can purchase a cooked meal for what a smoothie costs. Perhaps lowering prices could be a positive for your business.

My smoothie bowl was more like a drinkable smoothie. Wish they would’ve just put it in a cup with a straw.

I do NOT care for the New App.... constant trouble. Too long, too many steps, too complicated... seriously it shouldn't be this hard to place a smoothie order. I have placed several orders on the new app, only to find that once I'm there to pick up, the order didn't go through and I've had to wait. NEVER had a problem once with the old app.
