Been getting the avocado dream smoothie for a while now. this trip I picked up two and they were extremely watery. So much so it makes me think some ingredients were left out, or it was intentionally watered down to stretch the mix to fill 2 cups. They’ve always been extremely creamy (and delicious), almost a baby food like texture. Exact opposite this time.

Today I placed an online order. The email told me to skip the line and go straight to the order pickup counter. I did that, while it was kind a little busy in the store, after customers in line were done ordering, multiple team members passed by me standing right at the counter, off to the side of the main line. Nobody asked me if I was there to pick up an order, even as they called out a couple of drinks for customers to come pickup. I had made some eye contact with members in the back too, but team members just walked by and continued on without asking me if I'd even been helped or not. Finally, after about 10 minutes of standing at the pickup counter a young lady made some eye contact with me, then continued to do some work. About 5 seconds later she asked me if I had an order to pickup. I told her yes, my name and while she got my order, she did say she's sorry. I appreciated it, but after giving a pre determined tip (15%) online, it is frustrating when this kind of service is given. 10 minutes of standing at the counter before finally being recognized as a customer waiting for an order just seems unacceptable and is very frustrating.

Love the convenience of ordering on the app. But it is kind of annoying that they never mark the order as complete so you know when to get out of your car. I know it’s a minor thing but the app appears to have that ability so it would just be nice if they used it:)
