I don’t visit too often anymore, but the last few times I ordered there, (and a few other times in the past) they forgot to add the add ons that I paid for. Usually in the bowls. Specifically the peanut butter on top, and blueberries in the smoothie. Also agave is added when we request no agave.

I always have a good experience. I used the app for the first time and it said my order went through but it didn’t get to the store. I ordered three berry banana bursts and they were not sweet most likely missing an ingredient.
