I love how Tatum greets me with my smoothie as I walk into the shop Akways with a smoke! Love going yo the Carefree Nekter! Bonus time for Tatum!

Well, I have absolutely no idea how a small piece of granite (yes a rock) could possibly get into a smoothy, BUT it did! I live when the PB is crunchy and I was sort of chewing some of the peanuts and almost broke a tooth! Seriously, what could be out into a smoothy to have a rock?!?!?!?!?!?

I come almost daily. Today the serving size was much smaller than usual for my banana berry bowl. Karen
