I love your products in general and especially the açaí bowls that we enjoy. However, on multiple occasions I have ordered ahead and when I pickup the açaí bowls they are runny and clearly were made too early and/or not kept cool enough until pickup. I would highly recommend that you review your process and workflow relative to orders received in advance through the app and the timing of building the açaí bowls. Thanks!! Mont
