The staff here is super friendly and helpful. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, so tell those kids to keep it up! They’re doing a good job and it makes a difference!

My husband and I talk about Nekter to everyone. We love the juice cleanses and most of the time enjoy our orders.
If there was one thing that we wish could improve is the quality consistency with smoothies. One visit it may be delish and the next order of the same smoothie turns up not the same, bland and/or ultimately disappointing. And at $10 per regular size, it’s an expensive disappointment. Otherwise, the store appears nice & clean and sometimes festive, ordering ahead seems to reduce the occasional cranky interaction with employees and the app is convenient.
