Fast service and really delicious smoothie and bowl!

My bowl was so fresh and yummy! I ordered ahead of time and it was ready when I got there

The service is still impeccable. Whoever is making the açai bowls only filled 1/2 the container halfway unbelievable. Still the same price. If you're going to lower the amount of food, you should lower the amount of money not good. Someone needs to QC whoever is making bowls.

Got three bowls. Food is excellent and fresh. Nice alternative to junk food. Order was accurate.

The last couple times I have orders a bowl, the bananas have been over ripe and slightly mushy

We love the food and it’s worth dealing with but, every time we come in, your associates have their backs turned to the customers, there is an expectation of a tip and they have not done anything. The last few times I’ve picked up food they put the bowls in front of me. I put them in the bag I put napkins and spoons in and leave. No biggie. Happy to do so. DO NOT EXPECT A TIP. Everyone knows your back should never be turned to the customer. And their high school conversations should be kept to themselves. Ultimately it’s managements fault. You have done a poor job of defining expectations and making them clear, training to them and evaluating their skills. It’s on you ! I’m guessing you don’t get it either.

First time being at this location, and it was hands down the best service! Sierra was really helpful with what smoothie I should try! She got me the Popeyes açaí with whey and it was the best smoothie ever!!! Will definitely be back 👍

All in all wonderful experience!!Got greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I came in closer to close and expected for the workers to be run down and ready to go home, but instead they had high energy and look genuinely happy to be there. I was struggling to pick what I wanted and Sierra was so helpful and gave multiple different options that she liked. I ended up getting a chocolate bowl which was delicious. 10/10 must recommend‼️

The girls at the Cave Creek are super friendly and happy, always a pleasure to see them. Smoothies and Acai bowls are always cool and fresh. Love love nektar!!

The acai bowl was not as good as prior. I didn’t tip on the app when I placed the order and not sure that was the reason for the lack of ingredients. I was going to tip when I picked up but decided against it.

Always enjoy a great smoothie or bowl when I can. Staff is always professional and friendly.
