We ordered online and the order wasn’t what we ordered- no peanut butter on top on either bowl. The food is always delicious but the last few times we have ordered online things have been missed. I reported it via a survey and tried calling but never heard back. When I ran in to grab the bag and then headed to the airport. Only to find they hadn’t put in any of the protein snacks I had ordered and paid for. I’ll continue to eat here because it is delish though. But bummed by the lack of customer service.

I ordered online for a family member to pick up. For some reason you did not receive the order and the pick up was not ready. They said it was good service and they enjoyed the açaí bowls.
