Usually, I am very pleased! This time, however, my smoothies were chunky. There were large chunks of banana and dates. They were not blended well enough at all.

this specific location has watery smoothies. i tried the same smoothie at the del mar, ca location and it was very flavorful. this is the second time at this location (mission valley) where my smoothie has been bland and watery, as though there is heavy ice and minimal ingredients. please fix! thank you!

I really love Nektar and always had good experiences. However, today, my Too Faced drink didn’t taste very good — it felt like cashew milk and dates were missing (due to taste and color) and it was more on the watery side similar to the pink flamingo. I didn’t want to tell the workers as they were super busy, but I just wanted to share this feedback. We got our smoothies at about 3PM for reference.

Most flavors are good but the pea protein can have a chalky texture in the smoothies. Ordering process was fast and seamless for pickup.

It was great - the online pre-order for pickup system seems a little funky for a 2 person team. There were probably about 10+ drinks waiting to be made, mine being one of them. They did bump my smoothie up to be completed ahead of others, which I appreciated, but the system could probably use a bit of fine tuning. I'll definitely be back, but I'll be sure to order more in advance prior to picking up.
