Just got handed a watered down smoothie that I’m pretty sure didn’t have all the correct ingredients in it, plus the cup was filled maybe 80% to the top. Every single time I come in here the service & product somehow, surprisingly gets worst & worst. Maybe some decent management would help you guys out.

Smoothie was a bit watered down, meanwhile I bought the same one in Otay and it was thicker and tastier. I also wanted to use the Friendship Day buy two get one free but the cashier let me know it isn’t valid at the Mission Valley location. Just out of curiosity I attempted to order via the app to use the deal and I was able to apply it. By that time I had already placed my order so I couldn’t ask her to try and apply it in store.
