I always order ahead for pickup and my order is never started until I arrive and tell them I'mthere for my pickuporder. I order ahead so I save time. What is the point if it's not ready when it's supposed to be? Why am I even tipping if I'm not actually getting prompt service? The smoothie is always good, but I've been late more than once because my order isn't ready.
