I ordered through the app and my juice was in the fridge when I got there. I was greeted as soon as i walked into the door and as I stood in front of pick up area I was greeted again then asked my name for my order. My juice had extra foam on top (which I understand happens, I juice at home) before the Nekter employee handed my drink over she told me that “it had a little too much foam” and she freshened it my juice up for me. That was above and beyond and I am so sorry to say I did not get her name. Always great service and quality product, thank you.

It has been great for most of my visits. Usually my orders are made with urgency and delicacy. Customer service is always helpful and welcoming. Only criticism is there can be a strong lack of consistency in volume and toppings.

I understand that the girls are working hard, but they have to learn how to acknowledge customers, and at least let them know when the order is ready I walked in none of the girls acknowledge me because they were obviously busy working and when my order was done, I was still sitting down and I turn around and I said 2 cups ready but wasn’t told they were ready
