The girl that works at the Friars location with dark hair Emar or Rema (sp?) always has a smile and great attitude. Makes such a difference. She is on top of every order and greets everyone. She is a gem!

Just got handed a watered down smoothie that I’m pretty sure didn’t have all the correct ingredients in it, plus the cup was filled maybe 80% to the top. Every single time I come in here the service & product somehow, surprisingly gets worst & worst. Maybe some decent management would help you guys out.
