Idk why but I requested Greek yogurt online and when I came in to pickup the label said coconut cream? I don’t like coconut cream and didn’t notice until I had left. Everything else was fine

I came in town to see my son and meet my daughter in law who is expecting. I explained to Emar what I needed she was so helpful letting me know that they had a GF granola instead of the hemp seed granola due to their situation. All I can say is… WOW!!!😱 What great customer service Nekter employees have! I went in on Saturday last weekend and Addison was so helpful recommending me the protein power bowl. It was made to perfection in an astonishingly timely manner.🤗 So tasty!😋

The app isn’t as informative as it could be. I would love a nutritional information section when ordering.
The chia seed parfait had some old looking strawberries and i wish there was an option to put toppings on the side as the granola turns to mush quickly.

The strawberry in the smoothie is from a strawberry jam mixture. Not the type of ingredients I would expect from Nekter
