Everything is good, but your app has a lot of issues. I order every day and it doesn't remember me or log me in. I would like to save in the app what I order daily so I don't have to do it all over again everyday. When I refer to the app, obviously it is the mobile version and while it doesn't realize that I am logged in and it doesn't log me in, it does at least remember my credit number which is good. Every time I order it asks me for my name, email address and phone number all over again which is inconvenient. I have a samsung galaxy S24 with android latest version. I hope this feedback helps fix the app.

Generally positive ! Great mixes and service . However, I recommend making sure orders that customized to get fulfilled. For example, if an order request a topping yon be on the side. Unfortunately, my order was missing the granola on side . I know people make mistakes tho

I’m in love with the house cashew milk and chia anything they have. I usually take a grab n go item with a smoothie but today I got my first bowl.. sat back in my car, parked under a tree with a napkin in my collar and ate the whole thing nice and slow! I love how the bowl was layered so every bite was a joyful surprise. And I seriously cannot wait to try the new bites. I’m mad my husband won’t come just because he doesn’t like cashews so I can earn double points when I order with my app. So now, I gotta convince my adult son to hang out with me so I can score his points! This is so bussing, lol.. I will be coming every chance I get. Thank you for the great service and great food.

I actually went to this location twice while I was in San Diego. The first time one of my smoothies was real runny and not thick like it usually is. The second visit, the agave was missing from my mocha smoothie, leaving it undrinkable and one of the items of my order was missed and I had to wait 20 minutes for it to be made

The Banana Berry Acai bowel is my favorite. It is consistently good! Very well made and fast! The staff members are very helpful and sweet. I love this store! If they can make the seats more comfortable, I may stay longer and purchase more items!

I have ordered online a few times and it has never been ready when I got there. I typically wait about 25-30 mins before I go and they never start making it until I arrive at the store. With that, I might as well order in store. The food itself, however, is delicious.
