My bowl was missing an ingredient-agave

BIG FAN! I get Nekter pretty regularly and always have a positive experience. I really appreciate that the employees at this location are always super friendly and make my order so fast whether I ordered in person or ahead. I also LOVE how every single time I've walked through the door someone greets me with a "Hello" or a "Welcome in!". So far, I exclusively go to the location on Friars and it always exceeds my expectations. :) They are quick, friendly, helpful, and the food is delicious, not to mention it's SO NICE to have smoothies and bowls that I can trust aren't full of junk sugars. Happily eat here guilt-free and often! (Side note, the bathroom at this location could use a little TLC but not taking away from 5 stars for me just because overall my experience here is always a positive one. Thank you Nekter staff!)

I used the online app to order a smoothie and a bowl. It said our order would be ready in 15 minutes. Got there the time it said and they hadn’t even looked at our order yet. We had to wait 30 minutes for 2 items. I ordered in the app so it would be ready since I didn’t have much time. I almost had to leave my order behind. The 3 people working in there at the time had no rush to get our order together. This is not a place I can go when I have a time restraint. The other juice place down the street with the same stuff but faster service is more efficient with app orders. I really enjoy this place but it until it works out this problem it limits when I can come.

It was my first time and I loved it. The service was quick and the bowl tasted amazing!!!! Just the right amount of sweetness and it was the perfect amount for the price. Thank you! I'll be back :)

The watermelon sorbet bowl was only halfway filled, wasn’t happy paying full price for a half-sized bowl.

Easy to order online. Pick up was quick. Employee had good food recommendation for my next visit. Tasty bowl

The male employee was very helpful and efficient.. I ordered 3 bowls online and another three 32 oz celery juices when I arrived. Excellent service

Order was ready when I arrived but wasn’t my bowl wasn’t full so I felt like I didn’t get everything I paid for which is frustrating.

They raised the prices of the bulls but the bowl was much smaller than normal

The bowl was delicious and good. The staff were attentive and courteous.

I'm not sure what it is but it's two times now that I've eaten your Acai bowl and thrown it up.

Best thing that has ever happened to me I started the juices January 7th I have lost 35 lb I cannot be more thrilled I still have 60 lb to go I eat one meal a day I drink my juices all day three times a week I have the mango Bowl in the morning

Yummy and friendly. Bowls made very well, not soupy or too cold. Perfect amount of toppings. Keep it up!

It could have been better. I ordered thru the app for the very first time & was told my order would be ready in 15 mins. I arrive early and it’s not ready which is fine, but I watched the staff take 5+ walk in orders and make everyone’s bowls before they even looked at mine. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my bowl, and everyone that came in after me had already gotten their bowls and left by the time I got mine. I understand everyone is short staffed, but the order in which you make the bowls should be based on who ordered first.
