I do not appreciate purchasing a $25 gift Card with a Promotional $5 Bonus Card on the APP, that to date the Bonus Card has not been delivered to me, nor have I received a reply to my 11/15/25 text.

It was great. Placed order online and it was ready for pick up when I got there. They even kept it cold in the fridge for me.
Decent smoothies, but their new hours are outrageous. Every other smoothie/juice place nearby is open until 8 or 9. I used to go every day after working out around 6:30. Then they started closing at 6 in September so I couldn’t go anymore. But now they close at 5:00? Completely ludicrous. But I guess if they don’t want the business of anybody who works during the day, that’s their choice.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration our winter hours have caused. We wish we could stay open later, but unfortunately, the demand during those evening hours just doesn’t support the cost of keeping the store fully staffed and running.
We’d love to have 10–15 guests like you every day after 6 p.m., but in reality, we are only seeing one or two. As soon as the weather warms up and people are craving more cold items again, we’ll extend our hours back to 7–8 p.m. We really appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll still stop by during our current hours when you can, or opt for a delivery through one of the delivery providers.

It was really good. I was disappointed to see that self order tablet being used. One of the reasons I like coming here is the personal experience. The emphasis to use the tablet really takes away from that.

I love Nektar. The quality and ingredients are unmatched in Sacramento area. I love how you guys incorporate the most natural ways for making things sweet and using super foods. We just need more in the Sacramento area!
