The people working we’re doing a GREAT job but definitely needed at least one if not two more people working with them! There were 3 ladies working and they never stopped but seemed frazzled trying to keep up with the orders. They were VERY friendly and polite . I just felt bad for them trying to get all the orders done and taking orders! Each time they had to stop to take a order it threw their whole routine off!

Mobile ordered for a smoothie and as I walked up to pick up my order, it was the wrong size. The gals accommodated and got my correct size in order out as soon as possible and was sure to share an apology for the longer wait time.
I fully enjoyed my superfood bowl and I will be back to buy another one. I will most likely take my fiance with me as well.

I tried to call to see if someone could bring the order out to the car since I had a newborn with me (not sure if you guys are doing that anymore) and nobody answered the phone. When I ran in to get the order, it wasn’t done yet. Now sitting in the car and have to run back in. Would love just an answer to the phone or some sort of curbside pickup option through the app maybe?

Poor customer service. I stood in front of the register and employees just ignored me. One girl walked up to the register changed her gloves stared directly at me and walked to the back. Another girl walked up clocked out and didn’t say anything. There was no way they did not see me. I was at the register. This was my first time coming here and it will definitely be my last. At least my bev was free maybe that’s why the service sucked

I normally order açaí bowls from here and they’ve been exceptional every time until today. My açaí bowl was very liquid like and watery and was not an enjoyable experience. Hopefully this is just a one time thing.
