Everything was good except the smoothie itself - it’s pretty gross and I can’t drink it. Too much protein powder, maybe? I’ve ordered this same smoothie a hundred times before and it’s never tasted like this. Disappointed in this visit - hope it’s better next time!

The smoothies were pretty bland / flavorless compared to other Nektar locations i have visited. Like tasted more like cashew milk or whatever is used that fruit. Wasnt tart or sweet at all.

It was good but there were several shells or something that seemed like shells in my drink. I had to be very careful not to chew them as I hurt my tooth with the first one.

I do these surveys sometimes because I know employees are affected by them. Every time I come in the employees are working and they make my smoothie correctly each time. Good team, make sure you take care of them and pay them well, give them time off to enjoy their lives, and provide health benefits to get the best out of your employees.
